My Approach to Therapy:

My approach to therapy is rooted in a relationship-based focus. I believe in meeting people where they are and developing strong therapeutic relationships that promote positive and lasting changes. All of us are impacted by experiences and relationships from the start of life and my desire as a therapist is to instill hope and guide others towards wholeness. My clinical background has included a special emphasis on supporting children, adolescents, and their families through the therapeutic process. Bridging evidence-based practices with the perspective that we all can experience restoration from brokenness, I strive to come alongside clients and share helpful tools and insights with grace and compassion.
